bells.

he was currently carrying five little silver bells. why? well, trinket loved them and he was going to get to have them. so, boots was wearing a sting of bells about his neck and was slowly making his way into camp. jingling like a sleigh horse in the christmas time. he simply didn't mind.

though he was sure others would notice and mind. though, he was fine for now. even if they did, his excuse was valid enough, right?

Bubbles was napping under a tree when she heard a rining from a distance. It gradually got closer, and the leopard would raise her head to investigate. It was then she spotted boots coming towards her.  Bubbles was intrigued, stretching her front legs in front of her before she found herself standing on all four paws. Yellow eyes would stare curiously in the others’ direction, paws soon carrying her closer to the sound.  “Nice bells!” she’d say calling out before examining them. She wasn’t sure why they had them, but they were intriguing either way.

Bubbles loved trinkets and was a collector herself. Though, admittedly, her collection was mostly of shells. As a matter of fact, some were strung around her neck at this very moment. She enjoyed finding things, and repurposing them to make them new, having  a small hoard of bits stashed in her hut.

the male paused at a voice that commented on his bells. the male offered a soft smile and a faint purr in reply. thanks~! i got them for trinket. he replied as he bounced in place, jingling in the process. he noted her shells and his eyes lit up. oh, your shells are very pretty!

he became still, the jingling dying as he did so. i was coming to drop these off and then go back out to hunt down more. do you want to treasure hunt with me? he asks in that happy voice as his head tilts slightly.
