The sounds of animals crashing through something a few hundred meters away is a dead giveaway. They seem to be having fun, though the sound of a dying animal pierces the air. A deer. Or perhaps an Elk. Either way, the whooping and hollering of the assumed hunters fills the air once more.

The feline yawns under the armor, sitting down as said armor squeaks in protest softly. It is muffled by the fabric protecting his soft fur from the harsh cold of the metal. He cares little, and simply shifts as the rapier on his left hip does. Morana flicks an ear and stays silent as he hears someone in the undergrowth some meters before him. He holds his head up high, tail curling around his body. "speech"

I'M GOING TO MAKE IT HURT -

The scent of someone new had jostled Josiah out of his hollering. The elk had fallen swiftly, thanks to his hunting party's swift skills. But he cannot let the hunt go to waste just because of a newcomer on their borders. He silently motions for the strongest of the party to start dragging the elk to the town while he and two others from the party travel to whoever showed up. With a fox and a lynx by his side, he stopped before the feline. Clad in armor. Adorable.

"You're well armed, what's got your fur all matted, eh? Eh?" He waited a moment, then laughed at his own joke as though it was the funniest thing he heard. By the time he was done, his sides started to hurt. As he calmed down, Josiah grinned in that devilish way before speaking again. He stared down the feline, who seemed unimpressed. Everyone's a critic.

"You're standing on the cusp of The Covenant's territory. What's it you want, kitty." He clicked his tongue afterwards, ears flicking as he side-eyed the NPCs to his left and right. It seemed that the only intimidating figure was himself.
