Okay, so Skeleton Key's dad is... not a good guy. He was pretty neglectful of a young Skeleton, barely teaching him anything and leaving him for the most part to his own devices. Any time Skeleton's father was around, he was bitter and regarded his son with distaste. There was an instance where one time his dad gave him a shitty present, but Skeleton outright told him that it was a terrible gift and that led to his father smacking him and never giving him a gift again.
So yeah, Skeleton and his dad were never on good terms, and in general an awful father. If you get him, however, you can offer him a chance at redemption. Develop him more, give him reasons as to why he was the way he was, or just keep him as a shitty parent. The option is yours!
This char would go to Typhoon at first, but after two weeks, the char can leave and go somewhere else.
