WALK THE STREET FOR MONEY
Day 1 + day 2
A worn tape recorder is placed onto a coffee table, the worn buttons of what used to be shiny and new were now in the realms of lackluster and lovely used from various periods long before her own time. The place of where the tape recorder was placed down, was comfortable and yet spacious, carpets in various parts of the room hanging and cushions scattered here and there.
Sunlight was abundant, windows open, the hustle and buzzle of the life below were a comforting site to hear, the shout of merchants, even louder shout of those who were crossed in any kind of way were perhaps cursed from sunrise to sunset. Most would assume this kind of life was madness, this was home. This was perfect and it was comfortable for her.
The woman at least in her mid early twenties adorned gracefully but not lavishly when it came to guests. There was always something to do during the day, chores to be attended to, tea to serve to her husbands guests. Always a poised smile, always playing the modest wife.
She will never but her husband to shame.
Nor would she ever do anything that would blacken her own name, and nor would she ever submit to anything that was unjustified.
