PICK UP YOUR SILLY TWIG, BOY, - ꧂

The giant crocodile rumbled from under the water, murky and red as it was, his six eyes staring ahead. For quite some time this had been his home. But just the Nile. He hadn't ventured to the actual land. Strange, for even he knew not why. This body was around 38 years old, and in that long life he had not once shown himself to those of The Pitt. And now, at a well aged 38 years, the God was ready to make himself know, to thrust his presence into the daily lives of the Pittians.

Slowly, the great beast emerged. Fourteen feet long, maybe even larger, with bloody red scales and scutes blending in near perfectly with the strange water around him. Black tusks jutted from his lower jaw, and black spikes lined his forehead and trailed along his back, ending at his two tails, which sported large paddle-like scale formations at the end. Six eyes at atop his head, bright yellow.

Any who would converse around this section of the Nile could easily see this monstrous beast simply lurch out of the Nile and plop down on the sand, basking in the warmth as if He didn't realize anyone was there.

"well holy fucking shit. even demons come crawling out of that?", she would muse to herself, having been resting nearby to the nile, in time to watch sobek crawl from it's depths as the impressive beastie he was. nervously laughing to herself, "hey there big guy. damn you've got a lot of eyes don't you?", she murmured as she got to her paws slowly, approaching the crocodile with a berth. shit, he was a sight alright, and she just hoped he was sentient and not an asshole that would immediately try to eat her.

did the sacrifices feed the crocs in the nile? if their feeding had made them grow this big ... she didn't want to think about it. fur ruffled slightly, the borzoi would step a bit closer to peer at him, knowing she was probably being rude but damn, it wasn't everyday that a creature emerged looking like it belonged in the cretaceous era. swallowing thickly, she sat down a bit away to continue observing him as he settled in the sand, mind tickled by a sense of danger that she hadn't felt in some time. what the hell was this crocodile?
