OOC ANNOUNCEMENT

    After multiple instances of people leaving because they've felt uncomfortable and intimidated in the ooc community, I feel like I need to address this so we, as a clan working together, can put an end to this. We need to always be welcoming newcomers and including them, and engaging them in plots. Even if we have to tag them and invite them into the conversation, just include people please. If there is a thread out there that doesn't have responses, please please please try your best to reply whenever you get the chance. I know I am guilty of not posting too much due to in-real-life business, but if we all worked to post, inclusion would be easier for everyone. Additionally, there are multiple threads in the ooc board without much attention, and seeing as that board is the first impression of the ooc community to possible newcomers, it would help us greatly if plotting threads were made and the current icebreakers were participated in as well. As for new people and people outside of Tanglewood, if you ever feel excluded or uncomfortable, please tell me so I can fix the situation beforehand.

    Sometimes it feels like I'm doing everything alone, and it's been stressing me out a ton. I need both your cooperation and participation to make this group run smoothly, no matter if you're new or you've been here since the founding. I care about Tanglewood too much to let it go down the drain, and I hope you all do too.

I'll try to help out as much as I can trick! I'm only sorry I haven't been here to welcome people this last week due to the internet troubles (and just to keep you up to date back home its still gonna take another week thankfully im at me nans for that week so hopefully when im back its fixed up! c: )

I'm not sure what to do OOCly other than try to say hi like usual ? alas i'm not much of a thread maker since I prefer to reply more than make em ICly.
